Fried Tofu Recipes Baso
Ingredients:Baso tofu and fried dumplings:5 pieces of tofu are large, cut diagonally to form triangles10 pieces of fried dumpling skin200 grams prawns, peeled, chopped100 grams of meat chicken, chopped1 egg7 tbsp cornflour / tapioca3 tablespoons sesame oil1 leek, finely choppedSalt to tastePeanut sauce:200 grams fried peanuts and mashed or pindakaas / peanut butter 4 pieces of red chilli seeds removed, cut into pieces and fried, mashed1 teaspoon granulated sugar1 teaspoon vinegarSalt to tasteSufficient waterMethod:1.
